Things to do to lose weight
I have a deadline. I have to lose 25 lbs in 2 months. I have enrolled myself for some kick boxing sessions and gym use. I have also started running at least every other day. I admit I still eat my usual meals for energy and to satisfy my cravings. A week of this has only helped me lose 2 lbs. I have been considering taking some weight loss pills to supplement all my efforts. I have googled for some weight loss pills and was overwhelmed by the variety of weight loss pills already available in the market. After browsing through most of them, I realized that their effectiveness may vary in different levels and that they offer some pros and cons that have to be carefully taken into consideration.
I read about Proactol, Proshape RX, Alli, Xenical, and Hydroxycut. There are a lot of risks and benefits that I have to weigh before actually deciding on what kind of pill to take. I was almost about to take Hydroxycut when some friends told me to consult a doctor first. They read that although Hydroxycut is the most popular weight loss pill there is, it poses some threats to the liver which I find scary.
