Axis Power’s first loss

The Battle of Britain was a battle continues even after the Greeks, Italians. Nor was it a fight, I should disembark first battle.

The successful defence of France against the Italians is very admirable, and I read this topic. But there was no burglary and the Italian occupation possessions by the French. Let me also add that the French have effectively been ceded territory by the Italians after this fight too. So, in my book, this is in no way, shape or form a defeat inflicted on the axis. A “win” not to abandon an area “beaten” force immediately after a battle.

The Greeks, not only Italians expelled from Greece itself, but has launched an invasion of southern Albania (at the time, Italian territory) and manages the expulsion of an Italian army the third part of Albania, the occupation itself had inflicted tens of thousands of victims / dead alongside thousands of prisoners. Essentially, this is the first offensive victory over the Axis.

Greece, Italy attacked on October 28 1940 and suffered the first defeat Axis. Even if Hitler had no plans for Greece at the time, he was forced to occupy the troops, Greece (from Greece neutrality was broken) in April 1941. This has caused delays in Operation Barbarossa and the loss of precious troops. I understand that human nature, so that we all want the legacy of our ancestors and the best light, but I think the best position you can, in fact, this subject is “an axis defeat Early Power”.

I was not to denigrate or the Greek army. I did not “heartburn”, even if I’m maybe doing so. Everything that I said is that your original Thread title was incorrect. They responded by using the basic rules. My second point (with a “sigh”) explains exactly why he was wrong. So the title of belonging Thread “(land).” It is a good thing - a complaint down (although I tend to agree with Belisarius) - but it does not apply to my other complaint, which was that the Greeks beat Italy, is not “Axis”.
